This policy covers apps published under the WaffApp name, including MP3 Cover Editor Pro and future WaffApp utilities. Individual apps may include additional notes when a specific feature requires separate explanation.

Local Files and Content

Some apps may read, edit, export, rename, or organize files selected by the user. For example, MP3 Cover Editor Pro works with MP3 files, ID3 metadata, and album artwork selected on your Mac. Users are responsible for choosing the files they open or modify and for keeping appropriate backups.

Support Information

If you contact WaffApp for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your message, email address, screenshots, device details, app version, or sample files. We use this information only to understand the issue, respond to you, and improve the app.

Third-Party Services

Apps and product pages may link to third-party services such as app stores, payment providers, analytics-free hosting, or support channels. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. WaffApp is not responsible for how third-party services collect, process, or store information.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for using WaffApp apps lawfully, respecting copyright and data ownership, and confirming that they have permission to edit, rename, export, or process any files they select. Users should review changes before saving and maintain backups of important files.

Prohibited Use

Users must not use WaffApp apps for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unintended purposes. Users must not use the apps to violate the rights of others, bypass legal restrictions, damage systems or data, distribute malicious content, or process files that they do not have the right or permission to use.

App Store and Platform Terms

When an app is downloaded through an app store or marketplace, the user's relationship with that platform may also be governed by the platform's terms, payment rules, refund rules, privacy policy, and account settings. WaffApp does not control those platform policies.

No Guarantee of Results

WaffApp aims to make useful and reliable tools, but software may contain bugs, limitations, compatibility issues, or unexpected behavior. Apps are provided for general utility purposes, and users should verify important results before relying on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WaffApp, its owners, developers, affiliates, and related parties are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense arising from or related to the use of, inability to use, misuse of, or reliance on any WaffApp app or website.

This limitation includes, without limitation, damage to or loss of data, files, metadata, media, devices, systems, software, business operations, revenue, profit, goodwill, opportunities, or reputation, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or otherwise, even if WaffApp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Security

We take reasonable care when designing our apps and website. However, no software or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should keep their operating system and apps updated and avoid sharing sensitive files unless necessary for support.

Children

WaffApp apps are general-purpose utilities and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our website or apps.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
